Philanthropic Coach and Mentor
Exponential Philanthropy mentors and coaches social sector leaders interested in exponentially increasing their major gifts fundraising capacity.
As a Mentor, I bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in leaders, and a commitment to their success. We will challenge you, offer perspectives, connect you with other leaders to learn from, celebrate your wins, and learn from challenges. A custom mentoring program is about reaching new levels of performance and potential.
As a Coach, my job is to see what the client can’t see and help them transform that aspect of their organization by reshaping their thoughts, feelings, actions, and skills. A custom coaching program helps leaders focus on their highest value opportunities so they can have the biggest impact. Typical coaching sessions cover donor strategy, management and leadership challenges, support on Board-related or Governance matters, and the development of philanthropic programs and strategies to take to market.
Philanthropic Advisor
We partner with visionary leaders to make philanthropy a central component in their life.
Exponential Philanthropy supports high net worth families in establishing philanthropic goals, developing strategies to achieve measurable impact, performing due diligence on prospective investments, managing relationships with portfolio organizations, and recommending short and long-term philanthropic investments. All of this meaningful work is done in partnership and with an eye towards creating a legacy that will last for generations.

Transformational Change Agent
Exponential Philanthropy serves as a Strategic Partner to TGP Consulting, a leading nonprofit consulting firm. In Partnership with TGP Consulting, we guide organizations through an improvement process of all organizational components that impact major gifts fundraising. The foundation of this work was developed by my partners, Lisa Scott and Pam Sterling, in their book, The Transformational Giving Playbook.
A Transformational Giving Playbook can include operating model transformation, executive coaching, coaching and mentoring staff, development of customized relationship management playbooks, creation of major gifts societies and fundraising campaigns, Board and Governance restructuring, CRM configuration, and training that enables organizations to create the greatest philanthropic experience for its constituents.
Corporate Social Responsibility Advisor
Exponential Philanthropy will serve as your thought partner as you develop a comprehensive strategy to leverage your company’s people, profit, and product to support your local and national communities. We will begin by defining your overall aims, developing annual and multi-year goals, recommending best-in-class organizations to partner with, and facilitating internal and external conversations to bring these partnerships to life.
Executive Search
Exponential Philanthropy will perform an Executive Search for a candidate to fill the position of Chief Development / Revenue Officer, Director of Major Gifts, or any senior-level revenue role. Exponential Philanthropy offers an “end to end” solution for executive search, which includes the following services: Drafting of job description / recommending title for position, developing the interview process to test for the “hard” and “soft” skills required to excel, enlisting a Hiring Committee to ensure internal and external stakeholders participate in the process, recruiting of candidates, screening of candidates in partnership with clients, interviewing candidates with Hiring Committee, selecting finalists, and partnering with CEO to hire the leading candidate.
